I found some truly inspiring and motivating resources this week. Their topics range, but their value is immeasurable.
1. How to be A Role Model for Girls: An insightful article offering practical and empowering advice to young girls. Special focus is placed on conflict resolution, setting goals, leading, and celebrating success.

2. Working Mom Complex: What about me?: Short and to the point, this article offers three simple actions working mothers can do every day to increase their happiness and overall sense of well-being.

3. What Great Listeners Actually Do: Mastering the art of communication is so important, but knowing how to listen can be just as important—maybe even more so! In this piece, Zenger and Folkman dissect the art of listening into six logical levels. This is worth the reading time if you wish to truly connect with the people you come into contact with.

4. Brené Brown on empathy, compassion, and boundaries: In her six-minute video, Brown drives home the importance of boundaries in managing relationships. I believe her message on boundaries is the cornerstone to all healthy and thriving relationships. This is one to keep in your resource library for sure!
